If
you don't know legendary bodybuilder Bill
Grant you should. At age 58 Bill still
maintains a championship physique worthy of
his legendary bodybuilding status. Most people
never come close to developing Bill's muscle
size, strength, balance and definition. But
when you consider Bill has mastered the
training and nutrition secrets to not only
build such an awesome body, but maintain peak
condition for 4 decades, it is no wonder why
so many people want to know his secrets.
Bill
commands big bucks for one-on-one training,
and that's when he finds time from his hectic
schedule to share his valuable knowledge and
experience with a select few (which now
includes you!). I had the privilege of first
meeting Bill this year, at the famous
hard-core bodybuilding Diamond Gym in New
Jersey. Right from the start it was clear that
Bill Grant is "Mr. Bodybuilding". He
knows everything it takes to be a champion
bodybuilder, and how to apply bodybuilding
techniques to building muscle for sports or
just to be in the best shape of your life.
What
became apparent to me early in our
conversation was that Bill is concerned about
how too many people are going about weight
lifting the wrong way. The solution Bill
suggested was to do this series of
instructional webcast videos so Bill Grant can
demonstrate the workouts for you and share his
valuable bodybuilding information with you,
just as he would if you were paying him for
one-on-one personal training. This is an
incredible opportunity, as you will learn the
real massive bodybuilding secrets of the pros,
in addition to following Bill's customized
workouts to take your training to the next
level, with Bill as your personal trainer.
Bill
Grant's Muscle Building Philosophy
- The foundation of Bill's muscle building philosophy is for each individual to
determine the balance of intensity-duration-frequency of resistance training
workouts that will result in producing the fastest gains in muscle mass and
strength. Early in Bill's bodybuilding career he learned that more resistance
training is not necessarily better. For example, early in Bill's career he
experimented with following different resistance training routines. In fact
during these experimental years Bill even trained side-by-side with Arnold
Schwarzenegger, training each body part 3 times a week, and training 6 days a
week. After just two weeks of using this routine, Bill determined that he
needed more time for recovery. So Bill eventually settled in to a 4 day per
week training routine. Based on Bill's experience he also determined that most
people have the recovery abilities that make this 4 day per week training
routine best suited for them; about 70% of the people Bill has worked with over
the years.
Bringing
You Personalized Training -
Periodized
Versus Stagnant Routines -
In
addition to determining the training level of intensity-duration-frequency you can handle,
your training routines need to go beyond
following the same exercises, sets and reps
week after week. In order to get your best
results, Bill's webcast workout video lesson
series will show you how to periodize your
bodybuilding training program for optimum
results.
Super-sets
Another feature Bill's bodybuilding training
program includes is the use of super-sets.
Bill maintains that using super-set training
allows you to reach higher intensity training
levels, getting the most out of your training
effort. With super-sets you will also move
your workouts along at a quicker pace, and
perform more sets in a given period of time.

TESTIMONIALS
Really
good video on the leg training. Boy, I
wish I had that video over a year ago. It
is great to watch an experienced
veteran do it right and your enthusiasm is
contagious. Very motivating! Thank You!

I
just wanted to thank you for allowing
Bodybuilding.com to play your training videos
for all to see. Also for sharing some of your
training expertise with aspiring body builders.
You look like you could win the Olympia hands
down! A fellow trainer.

I
really found your old school training really
useful and have purchased numerous bottles of
your creatine cocktail due to the videos and
have really decided to start training because of
your videos that you have put up. I would
definitely say these were the BEST videos by far
on bodybuilding.com. He is the motivation i
needed to build big muscles. Well done to Bill
Grant and PLEASE make more videos!

You really recharged my
training mentally and physically. When you’re
natural you need all the righteous weapons and
not to enter into the hype of the juiced
brothers of the dark side. I am now a student of
B.G.’s body machine. You are truly the old
school ruff rugged and raw (no belt, no gloves)
just train smart and hard.

Thank
you for the tremendous inspiration you have
injected into my training with your recent appearance
in John Benson's new book and now on
Bodybuilding.com. That video about your arm
training was tremendous! Although I am only
40 :-) I long for the "old days" when
bodybuilding was filled with passion,
camaraderie, and FUN! You are an articulate
and empowering role model and I thank you for
sharing your wisdom and energy! Thank you.

I've
been following your 4 day routine which I
came across on Bodybuilding.com for a month and I
am amazed at my progress.
I've put over half an inch on my arms in
that time. I've been training since '84 and
entered my first contest after a year and a half
of training. I put alot of mass on in that time
and entered another junior contest the year
after. I'm now 41 and have always trained but
the past 10 years I've been kind of ' ticking
over' and not really hitting it.
At my best I
was 225
pounds, chest 50,
arms 18 and a half,
waist 34 and I
was benching 500 pounds for 2 reps ( all natural).
I must say I
lost my way.
I just felt compelled to contact you and
tell you how much this routine has changed my
whole outlook, I'm buzzing again and enjoying my
workouts and my physique has responded
fantastically.I would never have thought,after
all these years of training that a simple change
in what I
trained and how i trained could have such a huge
impact. I
use to train Back and Biceps and then Chest
Shoulders Triceps and legs on their own, for the
past 4 years I've been doing 10 reps,
10 seconds rest workout and after a
period of time I
think I
lost a bit of mass but the workout was quick
(back biceps was done in under half an hour).
Training biceps,
triceps together is just fantastic and the super
setting just gives me a huge pump in the entire
arm, awesome.
Anyway I just want to say thanks.
